Private vs. Public Art.

Public art and private art have two different purposes. Public art is created with the intention of public viewing. Public art can also make a difference in the current culture. Private art is created without the intention of public display. This art is used for artists personal purposes or as a private commission. This art has the ability to advance the artists own technical and creative capabilities without any restraints.
