I believe this is a fine art not applied i cant imagine what use this would be? I think this piece of art work is very beautiful, This could be my adolesence coming out but when i look at this i see a heart that is captured and someone holds the "key" it has yet to be set free.

when i look at this piece it makes me think he's a cold hearted person on the inside. he dont let anyone no how he feels he keeps it chained up. but on the outside he's a nice person when really he's not!

I think he is saying that sometimes our society or culture looks at different cultures in racist ways and that some cultures don't accept other cultures because we don't listen to what our heart truly tells us. Because deep down in everyone's heart there is love, and i think the chain is expressing how that love isn't expressed towards other cultures.

I agree with tyvon in that he keeps his feeling chained up. i also believe that you pour things out of tea pots, so in some sense he Sometimes cant help but to "pour" his heart out.

I AGREE WITH TYVON AND JUSTIN. I THINK HE WANTS TO POUR HIS HEART OUT TO SOMEONE, BUT I THINK HE HAS BEEN HURT BEFORE. THAT'S WHY HE HAS THE CHAINS ON IT. KIND OF LIKE A GAURD. YOU GOT TO BREAK THE CHAINS BEFORE YOU CAN COME TO KNOW THE TRUE PERSON THAT HE IS.

I agree with justin and tyvon and mighty mike. But i also think that someone has his heart but yet he wants to get away, but the person who has it wont let him get away. So that is why its chained up.
